Happy Birthday, Nails!

Me muero.
Ahora estoy meditando si pintármelas blancas o color natural. Todo dependerá del humor de cada día.

My nails’ birthday has been this month. One year old. And no, I hadn’t mashed my fingers neither I lost all my nails. What happened is that I used to bite them all, I had hang-nails and all that. Having in Shanghai so many nail bars (and these ones are bars in a certain sense because at least they offer you water –hot-) as there are bars (those ones with tapas and beer) in Spain, and the prices are more than competitive, you can have a perfect manicure every day. Nevertheless, if there is more than one day between the home nail polish removing session and a new visit to the nail salon, I’ve already happened to destroy the manicure since more than one month. So I try to be stable and I visit my manicure girls every 10 or 14 days.
You can have a manicure + color from 5 euros. But if you prefer them to last around two weeks is better to spend 10 euros. And from here any difference in the quality of the technique is slight, though you are extra paying for the place, the decoration or that instead of hot water they treat you with tea, soft drinks, etc.
I've never tried with the gel manicure, those ones what last for more than one month, because I'm a little bit trembling. The fact that a stranger hand is cutting off the cuticles on my fingers alrady makes me quite nervous; so imagine to leave them to remove the gel vasnish with some kind of scraper... I die.
Most of nail bars in Shanghai use Opi nail polish. I suppose that the price for the manicure will also depend on wether the varnish is the real one or it comes from the black market.
I had this manicure at Il Colpo and it was double price than the regular one. Some times I cheat on my girls while looking for promptness. My usual colors are between the range of reds and black. From time to time, I do certain audacity and suddenly my nails got green or blue. Now I'm meditating on getting them white or nude. Everything will depend on the mood of each day.
